Hey bro, my first blog comment ever! Are you acting as the transaction agent, or do you contract that out? Investors doing it for you? How are they compensating you?

Thanks for commenting!

I’m the transacting agent/listing agent. Investors are usually the source of the business for me. The bank takes care of all my fees, the investor pays extra depending on the situation. The key is to avoid foreclosure for the home owner as the first priority.
